Can we put more then one event topic tag on an event, because as a company we can have from 1-3 topics for a standard event? Additionally, we have multiple speakers as well it would be great if we could track all of this in multiple topic tags.In short can we put more then one event topic tag in an event?

Is it possible to see an email's performance over time?  I'd like to see the email's activity (opens & clicks) over the course of a couple days after it has been sent.  So for example, I'd expect to see a high number of clicks and opens within the first hour, then those numbers trend down from there. Is this view possible?

Marketo Community,I need to find a way to score users who pass through a redirect page. The redirect pages are linked to a PDF, and I need to score certain PDFs higher than others. I tried the trigger "visits web page" (in a smart campaign) and used the logic "is" and entered the redirect page - pages.mywebsite.com/PDF but it doesn't seem to work.any ideas?

I have been slow to adopt forms 2.0. We had issues with it on our non-Marketo landing pages...and now it's not working correclty on a Marketo landing page. For some reason it worked happily for about a month, and now it won't let some users hit submit and get to the thank you page. The weirder things is it is not an issue for all users. Some users are able to successfully complete the form in Chrome and Firefox, others are not. Anyone else ever experience this issue? All the benefits to forms 2.0 don't matter if I can't get the data from forms people are filling out! 

Hi all, I have a question about tokens related to a/b testing. We use for our subject line in our emails tokens  (i.e. {{my.Subject 1 Invitation}}. As well we use this subject line token several time in the email it self. At the moment we are A/B testing with different subjectlinesNow we are wondering if it is possible to link this token to the A/B testing. So one of the tested subject line is picked in the subject line and through the e-mail. And after the test the winner subject line is used.Is this possible or does anyone knows how to set this up? Thanks!

Is there a smart list or report I can create to show leads that are not synced to SalesForce? We plan to start nurturing leads in Marketo before syncing over to SalesForce and have imported a few lists to start. (Source = List Import does not automatically sync to SFDC)But some of the names on the list are already in SFDC, so we'd like to filter out those leads.  Any ideas?

When we were integrating, I thought we were told that any emails that went out that were current customers (pulled from Contacts in SFDC) would 'come from' the rep.  I see now that that is not automatic.  Where do I set that so my future communications don't come from just me?Thank you!

I want to use the Clicks A Link in a Web Page as criteria in my Smart List, but only for part of a URL. For example, a user visits the /x part of our site and our URLs are x/1.html, x/2.html, etc. How do you set this up without adding each unique URL to the Smart List?

Hi, I would like to filter out all people from a list who has their in their job title the word "vice". I used a "contains" restraint on job title.example: job title contains "vice". But my results include the words serVICes. So, I added a filter "does not contain" "services". Now my results exclude titles like "vice president, customer services". Is there a workaround for this?Thanks

Hi Everyone,I'm having a bit of trouble with my smart campaign, specifically I have a ton of Leads stuck in a wait step, and I can't quite figure out how to fix it.Originally, I created this program because we had a large list of Leads and wanted to randomly send out communications to a certain amount per day (ie we had a list of 10,000 and wanted to send to 100 of them per day). Therefore, I set up a program with the following components:Static List (titled, "Segementation List")Smart Campaign 1 Smart List Filter: Member of List - Lead in "Segementation List" Flow Send Email Choice 1: Random Sample is X % - Email is Email 1 X changes depending how many Leads are left in the segementation list. I created a decay formula in Excel and manually change it every couple of days so (approx) the same amount of Leads are sent emails per day. How to implement without creating a custom field. Should I just add custom JQuery code or might there be a magento specific way?

I'm working on a campaign that needs to send an email alert to our Channel Sales VP whenever one of the form field's picklist values is set to "Yes."  Does Marketo have the ability to trigger auto email alerts from a specific selected form field value during form fillout?If so, how is this done (I looked at the "Add Constraint" options on the "Fills Out Form" trigger, but no help there)?  If not, how else would I possibly do this?

I don't even have a program right now that says sync to Salesforce, but leads seem to be getting synced anyway. is there a way to protect a list?Thanks,

I am going through the Roadmap to Marketo Certification and found that there are several articles that do not show up and have error messages instead. Is this something that should be report? There isn't the feedback box to send to Marketo which ones are not functioning...Anyone have any ideas?Thanks in advance

We are in the process of migrating our customers from one support system to the SFDC Support Cloud.  In order to do so, we are sending out an email and direct mail piece asking customers to update their information; however, we don't necessarily want that information to sync to SFDC.That said, if they're already in SFDC, we'd like to still have their Contact ID attributed to the updated record to make our future lives easier.  Once the campaign is completed, we will take the list of form submissions and import them to SFDC.Is there a way to have people complete the form and not update their SFDC record?  I don't want to break our sync, nor do I want to suppress updates on a field-by-field basis because we have other campaigns running.  I just want to handle all form completions in its own Smart List and export them afterward.Is there a way to do this?  Or does anyone have a better idea on how to handle this?Thanks in advance!
