If you suspend marketing for a lead while they are in an engagement stream, once they become unsuspended will they receive the emails that they missed while suspended?Thanks for any help you can provide

Is making a view for the Recipients table recommended if the Recipients table is partitioned (similar to the exercise we did)?

I used this link: http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/websites/lead-tracking-munchkin-js/ and an associateLead submit through the method they have their and tried it several times. I'm not sure where the problem lies? anybody use this currently and if so, Any tips or should I just go back to doing a post page through jQuery Ajax - and post to my lead/capture url?I like this munchkin method because it's all javascript based. but it doesn't seem to be working.

Has anyone used an email tracking partner like iHance? I'm looking for feedback on the best way to track emails that are forwarded to multiple users and how to capture the person's email address to whom information was forwarded. I thought I heard from the Sirius Discussion titled "Marketo & SFDC: Helpful Audits, Alerts & Workflows for Rapidly Growing Companies" that there was a way to obtain this infromation using a Smart List. Is anyone aware of this functionality? 

Hello,is there a way to see all forms created like we have for landing pages (when we click on Landing Pages at the roots of the Design Studio)? I would like to quickly see if some forms are unapproved and when forms have been created/updated.thanks.  Cécile @ Talend

i have a very stupid question about subject line A/B testingi had set everything up - added 2 subject lines, selected criteria, chosen segment, approved the test, but when i sent my email, there was only 1 subject line that was sent - no testing i check the documentation and it appears, i did everything there was to do, but apparently, notWhat did i miss out?(((

HiI need to sent out the same weekly mail to a support/sales team with this weeks sales-goals and how they are doing. The sales-goal and current-reatched goal is on each person as normal data, so I dont have to change anything within the mail week for week.What the best program to use for this? I was thinking an engagement program, but dosnt this type of program require me to add a new mail each week for it to sent, or can it re-use the same mail week after week? without i need to add the mail in the stream again and again?regards,Rasmus 

Hi together,I still have an open support case at Marketo concerning the following problem:I tried to merge a SFDC Lead and Contact within Marketo. I get the error message "You do not have the required permission. To continue, you must have the Edit permission on accounts".I am also our Salesforce administrator. So I checked the permission of the Marketo user profile within Salesforce. The Marketo user does have the permission to edit and delete Leads, Accounts and Contacts. It does also have the permission to convert Leads.Marketo support told me to look for apex triggers within Salesforce and I found out, that there is one for accounts. Unfortunately this trigger has been created by a former, external company we had for supporting us in administrating Salesforce and I do only have basic Salesforce administration skills and have not idea about Apex triggers.Can anybody tell me whether this Apex trigger is the problem? Or how I can find this out?Or did anybody else have the sa

Hello,I have a Web Content program that is both hosting global assets and also tracking results from Website.Program has 2 statuses : "not in program" and "engaged".In my program, I have a series of campaigns:00-Send TY Email01-Engaged (Influenced) > this campaign is adding the Engaged Status02-Acquisition Channel03-Acquisition Program04-Lead Source05-Lead Source DetailsI would like that the 00 campaign is triggered each time a lead fills out a form but the other campaigns are triggered only when form does not contain querystring from emailing, social media or SEM. I was expecting to see Members = total of TY email sent and Engaged = Total of Filled out forms from Website. However after running several tests, it seems that I have Members = Engaged = Success = total of TY email sent. Is that normal? How can I only have the filled out forms from website as Engaged?Should I create another status (for instance invited) to add to the TY Email campaign so that ALL me

I created some Web Page Reports in the Analytics section.  I have daily email subscriptions set up for these reports, but many days there is no activity, so the automatic emails we receive are empty.  Is there a way to have Marketo only send these reports when there is new activity?

Does the 'Acquisition Program' at the end of the list import process put the leads into that program? I thought this field was just flagging it as the program "source" for the lead, but I have reason to believe it actually put the leads in the list into that engagement program. Wondering

We're using the Marketo-generated embed code and pulling the lpID from the POST array on submit. In the 1.0 embed instructions, you just set its value to -1:https://community.marketo.com/MarketoResource?id=kA650000000GvdjCACHowever, since the 2.0 version is built from a JSON object that is missing the lpID field, this presents a problem. It appears that only lead attributes can be used for segmentation? Is there a way to use activity (email clicks, website visits, etc) to create segments or lists to be used for dynamic content?Many thanks!

What is the simplest approach to creating a 2-day SLA within Marketo?Here is the logic to implement: A lead is assigned to sales Give sales rep 2 business days to follow up with the lead After 2 business days if they have not followed up yet return the lead back to a round robin queue The issue I am having in Marketo is the only way to consider weekends seems to be a Wait flow step that waits until M-F. But in that case if the lead is assigned on late Friday it will be redistributed on Monday which is really only 1 business day.One workaround is to schedule campaigns on Monday-Friday nights that check for leads assigned in past 5 days - but not in past 2 days - then redistribute if sales has not followed up in past 2 days.What is the best workaround here?Thanks

Hi! We utilize GoToWebinar and have our webinars synced to Salesforce. We would like to be able to utilize the Program status change > invited when an email is sent out but we do not want the invited people to sync with SFDC. Is there a simple solution to allow only registered leads to sync and NOT the invited? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I'm trying to capture the last piece of content an anonymous lead viewed before converted to a known lead. Basically, I'm trying to capture "Last content touchpoint." in the screenshot below. This would exclude the Web Page the form lives on and focus on the blog post or another piece of content on the site.Does anyone have a screenshot or specific flow of how they set this up? I am pretty sure this can be done with trigger tokens but I can't seem to figure it out.Help?!
