My templates already have an unsubscribe button and still Marketo adds an unsubscribe div to all my emails. How can I deactivate that?

I'm trying to adjust the hight of a field in a form (adjust the space between 2 fields). Does anyone have any suggestions how to do that?

Am I able to create a report in Makreto that allows me to track where an anonymous lead's click comes from by state in the USA?

Am I able to see the name of who clicked on our site if the lead is already uploaded in Salesforce without directing them to our site from an email or landing page created in Marketo?

We have more leads and contacts reported in Salesforce than in Marketo. The difference is quite signficant:Marketo: 117,000SFDC Leads: 110,000SFDC Contacts: 33,000Total SFDC: 143,000Does anyone have any idea why there would be such a big difference? 

Does the new report include sales emails sent via the Outlook add-in in the total numbers?Thanks,Kim

Hi All,We are still quite new to Marketo and planning to set up our first engagement program as a wide-spead campaign to all the "incomplete" data that we have.  We would like to basically know about 5 key things (first name, last name, job title, company, country, probably missing one..) so that we can then design specific engagement programs for our key audiences. I was thinking of  maybe setting this up with a few streams in an engagement program, where you are in stream 1 until we have your First/Last name, stream 2 for Job title and Company name etc. with loads of content emails to get form submissions to capture this.  I was wondering if anyone has done this before or if we are crazy to do it this way?  I am definitely planning to combine progressive profiling into this, but also want something long term.Thanks,Simon

I've seen this mentioned in a few other discussions, so it sounds like this isn't completely outlandish, but I have to ask.Do people frequently use the Marketo landing pages for specific SEO campaigns?  I am relatively new to Marketo and am decidedly NOT an SEO expert, so pardon me if this is a stupid question.  I had assumed you needed to keep your landing pages within your parent site for better rank/relevance in SEO.  Since we have a fully functioning site maintained by our web developers, would it be weird for us to build some landing pages in Marketo for specific campaigns?  My team would like to start doing this, and I want to see if this would be considered a good practice.  For people that are doing it, would you recommend building out HTML in some key templates to make it both custom design and easily cloned?Looking for some direction/advice overall.Thanks!

Is there a way to see who exactly received the the test? For example, we send out our A/B Test to 10% of our list and the winner to the other 90%. Is there a way to breakdown who that 10% is and what email they receive?

Hi all I make Form2.0 form and settimg Social Form Fill function. I test this form, a message meaning is wrong in Japanese. When user chenge social account, Form2.0 show a message. But 'Account' is transrated to ''取引先'.  This mean 'Bank Account' or 'Trading Account'. User acount is 'アカウント'. So I'd like to change this message. How can I do?

I just recognized that no external URLs used as web page constraint in the “Clicks Link on Web Page” trigger is accepted,none of my forms redirect anywhere – not to an external URL as well as not to another Marketo landing page. Everything worked fine until yesterday. And I haven’t changed anything today. This is a serious issue.

Is there a way to export a list of all "My Lists?" We have a lot, and I need a way for non-Marketo users to see them and decide which ones need to be kept/deleted/acted on.

We tried printing an e-newsletter and it makes Outlook crash everytime. We tested on 2 users in our Australia office and this happened. They are also unable to forward the email.We tested on a couple more users in a totally separate office, and their Outlooks didn't crash; they were able to print and forward the e-newsletter.Could this be some Marketo setting, or network/printer settings?Thanks in advance for your insights :)

I sent my first small email blast via Marketo yesterday. I had four soft bounces. The documentation says that “Email Suspended” is set when a soft bounce occures.But for the mentioned four leads “Email Suspended” is set to false. And after the first soft bounce no further delivery attempt was executed, according to the activity logs.Any idea why this happens?

Is there any way to remove leads from the flow (do the remove from flow step), then put them back in to start and push the email? For example: Send email 1 Wait 2 days Send email 2 I want to take them out fo the "wait 2 days" and just get the email sent today. Any options? Thanks!

Many of the leads in my engagement stream will likely have consumed at least one of the assets in the past. Is there a way to suppress and make sure that the leads do not get invited to consume the same asset?

Hi,Does anyone have any ideas on how to bypass the communcation limit for internal (seed list) recipients?We need to keep the communication limits in place for our clients and prospects but need our frontline and marketing teams to still receive them (bypass the limit).Cheers,Kevin

If a lead has reached the set communication limit for the day, will a message attempt to them merely be delayed until the following day, or blocked and never be delivered?

Hi,I'm a new system admin user of a salesforce.com organization.  I'm trying to install marketo in my salesforce org and I don't see it in the salesforce.com appexchange.The slide from the installation guide indicates it is private - so how do I get it if it's private?Thanks

Because two details of Marketo’s anonymous lead tracking functionality violate German privacy laws, I changed the munchki code on all our web pages (incl. our landing pages) to prevent anonymous tracking. Formerly set tracking cookies for anonymous leads are still out there. So new web activity for anonymous leads shows up in Marketo and in Sales Insight. This should stop.To prevent this I would have to delete all Marketo tracking cookies – but only for anonymous leads. Is there an easy way to detect if a visitor with a Marketo tracking code is a known lead or not just based on the cookie’s stored value? Or is there no alternative to the complicated way of using an API call to check if it’s a known lead or not?

Is there a way to identify male versus female contacts in Marketo?  When  sending emails to people you don't know in France it's impolite to use their first name  so you need to address them as Madame or Monsieur. However, that requires that you be able to identify each contact as male or female and have Marketo apply the right token.  Thoughts???

We are cleaning up some of our Salesforce fields to help better segment our data and some of our existing fields will either be retired (deleted) or used as input to new fields.I want to find the places in Marketo where a particular field is being used so I don't break things. Ideas?I did try doing a search instead Campaign Inspector and did some up with results that feel reliable. What I don't know is what that search is not looking at to come up with results. Is Campaign Inspector reliable in this way? Does Marketo have meta data that might help in this cause?

We currently use the GTW webinar connector with Marketo and it works for most of what we need to do. However, we create tasks in SFDC for the sales people using the questions that attendees asked during the webinar. This involves having to export the questions, matching the attendee with their SFDC ID, then using dataloader.io to add the tasks. Has anyone used the GTW adapter for SFDC and if so, would it work for this problem?  

I’m sure this question has been asked a hundred times before. But I just can’t find any of the discussions right now.When we established the initial sync between Marketo and SFDC, we only granted Marketo access to some test leads and contacts. Now we have changed this restriction. The Marketo user in Salesforce now sees all the leads (but not yet the contacts) which should be synched to Marketo.As far as I know updates of SFDC leads known to Marketo are only synched from SFDC to Marketo if any field changes or if a “Sync Lead to SFDC” request (flow action) is executed from within Marketo.But what about new SFDC leads/contacts? Do I just have to wait 24 hours until the next 10 p.m. full sync will be executed?Because of our workflow new records will quite often be added to SFDC first. Of course, in those cases when something like a list import can be done with Marketo and then synched to SFDC the above question doesn’t arise.
