Hi everyone,I was told that in order for a new custom field created in SFDC to sync to Marketo, I have to disable the sync in Marketo, but I can't find any instructions on that in the help articles.All I found is this - https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LJOjCAOSo do I have to disable the sync during the time when a field is created, or during the time when I give Marketo access to this field only, or both?Thanks a lot!

HelloThe home collection of my app has articles and other collections.If I'm reading the article and swipe horizontally to read the next content and that one is a collection I see a browse page of that collection, but I set in It's options that this collection should open as "Content View" and not as a browse page.I tried to hide all content of this second collection, but the result is a blank browse page.Is there any possibility of not show any kind of browse page when I'm swiping the home collection's content?Thank you

Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but I'd like to be able to export the "Lead Was Created" date (i.e. it became known in the system), and not just the "Created At" date (i.e. was cookied by Marketo).Is this accessible and I'm just missing it, or is this a job for a custom field and trigger campaign?

When we receive accented characters from lead list (like trade show leads) we often have issues importing these names/companies after converting to CSV. When Marketo encounters a field with these characters, it skips that field and imports nothing. The lead is still imported, but with no company or name.I'm not sure if this is an Excel issue, a mac issue or a user issue (me). Has anyone else had these issues, and if so is there a better fix than manually checking lists for bad characters?

How can i add a video or a html/js banner on the top collection so it can be read without any action when the app il launched?I can add static image as banner, collection image or article image but no direct html article content such as a video player, a rss or tweeter feed.

Hello Community,I am running into an issue where a certain image is looking crisp within my iPad but when testing on Android it looks super blurry. I'm using DPS 2015.The image I'm referencing is the gentleman's picture top right corner.Ipad:Android:I have made sure that the overlay is set to Raster and the image itself is set to 72dpi..not sure why there is such a discrepancy between the devices and was curious if someone had any idea what i could try?Thanks!

Seen a number of recent discussions around SFDC storage limits, with the two biggest users being activity logging and email templates.Is there a list anywhere of the default amount of time everything in the database is stored by Marketo before being archived?  For example, anonymous record history, interesting moments, etc.?  Also any info on what is stored by Marketo versus SFDC and other CRMs would help with system planning.Thanks!

It seems to be possible to keep the navigation bar hidden with the Gesture API. Hi everyone,We have a marketing objective to use progressive profiling to increase the geographical information on our leads.To track the success of this I've set up a smart list, but I think there's a lot of room for misinterpretation of the list and would love some input on a more elegant solution.Here's my smart list:Filled our formDate of Activity = After, TodayData value changedAttribute = CityPrevious Value = emptyNew Value = not emptyDate of Activity = After, Today* Use All FiltersMy concern is that the two interactions are necessarily connected. Is there a better way to write this list? Or should I be using another Marketo feature to track this objective?For example, if someone buys something on our eCommerce platform or a sales person populates new info and that person also filled out a form then it would be a false positive.Thanks in advance for the help!

I am trying to setup a REST API Service to talk to our Marketo Instance. Followed the docs provided at http://developers.marketo.com/blog/quick-start-guide-for-marketo-rest-api/  but hit a roadblock because I cannot setup a new service with the type as "Custom"Any pointers on what might be missing ?

I have just started using Guided Landing Pages and I have to say, I really like them.  I am having an issue though.  I am trying to figure out if there is any way to add a hyperlink to an image.  I am using template 1-B and in Section 2 I would like to link the images to other pages.  Right now, the only way I can see to add a link in this section is to do it on the text below the 3 image options.  Can anyone provide any insight on this?Thank you!

Hello, I love being able to use tokens to create ICS calendar files for webex events! I've noticed that there aren't any reminders with this new functionality.  I like to have pre-set reminders for 15 minutes before my event begins as it helps drive attendance to my webcasts.  Can you please tell me if there 's a work-around, or if this will be addressed in a coming release? Hi,I'm attempting to automate a weekly update of lead data from our internal servers to Marketo.using CURL to is pretty cool, but the example is using a token, which expires (found out the hard way) after X hours.is there a way to use a id/pass/secret to use curl ?or another alternative?  Im not a programmer,  so PHP or Java isn't really a solution.   Powershell would be tolerable.thanks!

I want o test My app.Tried to download the ipa (unsigned) file and install it to the Tablet, I only come u with a generic  icon (I did load custom icon for this app) that when I press on it nothing happen and the caption bellow the icon change to "installing".

Am i forced to use the new Digital Publishing Solutions platform to create and deploy? or is the digital publishing suite going to be updated in the future? Hi,We  plan to migrate the DPS2014 to DPS2015. Before we had the Entitlement Server with under DPS2014.What we did is, on publish builder I  enabled the Direct Entitlement Server option and filled the IntegratorID (I got this for DPS2014 v.2). But it seem not , the Entitlement testing from postman said 401. Any guide how to do this?Thanks,
