I'm working on moving my instance off of a custom campaign solution and onto the native one. After reading the docs I found "If this person doesn't exist in Salesforce, Marketo will create it in Salesforce and then add him/her to the campaign."Is there a default lead queue that is created that leads are assigned to? I could not find any information on this in the docs, only up to the point of enabling the sync. I see the sync person to SFDC flow step has 'assign to' but how are leads handled when an entire campaign is synced? Feel like I'm missing something here.Also, if you know of any good write-ups on the topic more detailed than the docs, please share.

How can I build a custom workflow step?

I've run into an issue on iOS devices trying to track a direct call rule on the native 'pagehide' event. The issue being that Safari will only fire a network call if the request is synchronous (Javascript - AJAX call within a unload/pagehide event - Stack Overflow ). By default _satellite.track() is an asychronous call, but I'm wondering if anyone is aware of how to make this synchronous to resolve my issue?

Some of our marketers in Europe (e.g., Spain, Italy) are experiencing issues when exporting lists/views from Marketo as CSV files.  When opening the file in Excel, there is a single column of all of the fields/values (all contained in column 'A'), instead of individual columns for each field/value:Have any of you experienced this?  And if so, how did you resolve?  When the file is sent to me, it opens fine, and as expected (except for the special characters not displaying properly - this can be fixed by exporting out as a tab-delimited file.@Grégoire Michel

Hey everyone, Wondering if there is a way to automate email sends to Salesforce contacts via Marketo? Trying to setup a campaign that will send an email to contacts on a Salesforce account based on date. The workflow would be to send an email to all contacts on a Salesforce account record when a salesforce field is 3 months away. I'm thinking a smart campaign can add contacts to a list and a trigger would be set on data value change. Has anyone tried something like this? Happy to hear any potential solutions. Cheers,-Joseph

Hi Everyone,i am trying to implement basic workflows to our Site. I am able to execute a Single level approval workflow as given in the sample. When I am trying to implement two level workflow that is to get approval from Reviewer and Admin Group, I am facing issues. If I am giving Reviewer ACL to my reviewer group, I was not able to approve. If am giving admin right to my reviewer group, both levels of approval goes to the Same reviewer group, as I had given admin ACLs to that group. I've tried using AEM6.1 user report module but it doesn't return the full list. It groups some users in the same row. I recently switched over from Target Classic to Target Premium and am having some revenue discrepancies. The revenue data coming in through Premium is down on average of about 30% per day compared to Classic data. The impressions data is also inconsistent, but not consistently down. Just tried this new feature for copying layouts from one project to another in AEM Mobile but it doesn't work. I've specified the correct target project and a pop-up has informed me that the transfer has completed successfully but when I check the other project the layout isn't displaying. Tried logging off and on again but that doesn't help. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all,We have a requirement where we have to read data from repository. We created a big node structure in AEM for an e-commerce product catalog and we have to read it and display it in the front-end. What would be the best approach to do this? X-path or SQL2 and QueryBuilder API?Thing is the product catalog is read from xsd files and we converted all the JAXB objects into nodes with properties in AEM. Now we are thinking to read those nodes again and map it into normal Java model objects. Do you think it is the right approach? which will be the best way to do it?

Hello forum! I´ve downloaded Click Map and installed the add-on on Firefox but when I try login in with my credentials it tells me either the username or password are wrong. The thing is, I use those same credentials and can log in to Adobe Analytics with no problem. What could be the reason my log in ins´t being recognized with Click Map??

I have taken over a website from a coworker and he has shared with me a bunch of dashboards he has created, but I can't view the reports for the dashboards.  When I check out the Scheduled Reports Manager it is empty, saying there are no reports.
