We are migrating a site in AEM 6.3 to 6.5(6.5.5).  During authentication, there is the use of PKCS7PADDING which is not working in 6.5 but does work in 6.3 with both environments having bcprov-bcprov- 1.66 installed: final Cipher decrypterWithPad = Cipher.getInstance("AES/CBC/PKCS7PADDING",BouncyCastleProvider.PROVIDER_NAME);--Provider Name being "BC" as seen in the error below---I've stripped out everything and created a small test package (with only slight changes needed for versions of 2 dependencies in the core pom) that I could quickly test in fresh 6.5 and 6.3 environments - no service packs in either.-Start up fresh publish instances of 6.3 and 6.5-Install bcprov-bcprov- 1.66 manually in OSGI-Install my little package to both 6.3 and 6.5-Hit my servlet by path which calls the above lines of code (obviously a bit more).6.3 Works great!  6.5 returns the same below log.  So something has changed fundamentally in 6.5.  I'm wondering if it is something i

We are using BouncyCastle for encryption. It was working fine in AEM 6.4 with Java 8. When we are doing the migration to AEM 6.5 with java 11, we are facing issues while using this library. We are getting following error: "JCE cannot authenticate the provider BC". Can someone suggest the solution for this issue? 

Hi, I am looking to create a user role that only allows for emails and landing pages to be edited in the Marketing Activities or Design Studio section. These users should only be able to go in and tweak emails or landing pages created for them. I can see the option in the Design Studio section to edit email and landing page but in the Marketing Activities section I can only get as granular as Edit Marketing Asset. Does anyone have a way to do this or do I have to force them to make the edits in Design Studio?

I am trying to edit the stream in the Member of Engagement Program filter in my smart list but am unable to. There is no function to remove or edit. Any insight is appreciated.  

I would like to not display the status option for my parent tasks on a project. Can I build this out with a custom view? Can I accomplish this with an IF statement? Something else? As you can see in the screenshot below my parent tasks do not have assignments. I don't want them to display a status option either. Help?

I am working on a form where the user enters their information in fields to generate a report. How can I  keep the formatting for the phone numbers entered into the field to transfer to the text field. when the report is generated? I need (123) 456-7890 but end up with 1234567890

Hi Team,  When we try to run any query against broadlog RCP table, we always see that the data retrieval is very slow, for example :-  above is the only query to read the data from the broadlogRCP table, which takes long hours to get the data and sometimes even times out.  We also have checked if there are any parallel jobs running on the same table or any other through the query monitoring, but did not see any except this workflow. Since it is Adobe Hosted environment we are not able to see the logs properly.  I was just wondering should this table be optimized or analysed before we start the run the query activity.  Thanks,Adithya

Hi All,We have a situation where some of our products are very similar. You could consider them variations of the product.From a content perspective it is not the best look if we were to promote multiple of these similar products within the same recommendation result set, so we want to configure it so that certain items should never be in the same recommendation result.For example, if these are my products:ABCD-1D-2D-3I want to define a rule which says D-1, D-2 and D-3 never appear together.I can't figure out a way of doing it though. Does anyone have any ideas? I've seen this situation frequently with other optimisation and decision solutions but there's no obvious answer to me with Recommendations. Thanks,-Steve

Hi,Very new to the Marketo world and was hoping for a bit of feedback on my current challenge.We have a Marketo form that is embedded in a Sitecore page.When someone fills out the form an automatic email is generated with requested information.I would like to have the first name showing in the email (eg Dear John) So the Dear is set in our HTML but would like to know what token to use to get the first name in my email.Been trying to us {​{​lead.First Name:default=edit me}​}​ but I am not sure whether this is ok or not?Form settings for first name:Label: First nameField: (Secondary) First NameAlso, do we need to add a delay between form filled and email sent?Hope enough info was given, thank you in advance.

I'm trying to create a test form based on the example template "Basic" from AEM forms and changed the submit action to "Submit to rest endpoint" and typed in my servlet path into the field "URL for post request". But the submit results to an HTTP 500 error (but no error is shown in the log, only in the browser console). If I change the path to a complete URL, my servlet is called. But I don't want to use a complete url because this url depends on the current environment. Hello, I'm using Apache FOP to convert page into pdf but i'm unable to add images from DAM into the pdf.I'm using this tag in the fop xslt <fo:external-graphic src="sling://content/dam/myproject/img/image.jpeg"/>and have included the following namespaces into the xslt:  xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"  xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format"  xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0"  xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0"  xmlns:dam="http://www.day.com/dam/1.0"But the image just isn't rendered. Hey Marketo community,I have a question in relation to building a webhook for Google lead forms:We're setting the webhook up and the documentation is all making sense but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the actual Hostname URL from google.I have documentation for how it works here - Overview  |  Lead Form Webhook  |  Google Developers But I'm not sure how I can test it and see what the Hostname (URL) is for Marketo:Everything else is just creating the webhook itself but testing the hostname and seeing where I can get that information for marketo remains a mystery to me.If we add our SOAP/REST (not sure which either) information here - where can I see the results of this test?I may be completely off base but any starting point to this would be greatly appreciated - or if you've created this before Have a great day,-Justin

Hello, Context: I am trying to compare Month-to-Date Visits TY to Month-to-Date Visits LY in a Fallout Visualization. I also have the Month-to-Date Visits TY and Month-to-Date Visits LY in a Freeform Table to see visits by Week. I am using rolling dates for both time periods.Issue: The count of visits for Month-to-Date Visits LY in the Fallout Vis does not match the count of visits in the Freeform Table - it's off by ~3M visits. Please see screenshots below: Fallout Vis:Freeform Table in Same Panel: When I add another panel and change the date range to the same period as my segment "Dec 29, 2019 - Jan 30, 2020" and pull in a fallout vis, I am getting the same ~15M visits. This leads me to believe ~15M is the true visit count for this time period: I think there must be something with my segment. Can someone please look at the segment I have in the original fallout vis and advise on the issue?I also tried adding visits to the segment, but I am getting the same inaccur

When I try to import csv into AEP with batch ingestion API receive below error :  A required field <sandboxname> of type: object is missing from the input data. Add the required field and try again.The field: <sandboxname>.<csv field name>does not exist in the target schema. Remove the field and try again. Ingestion goes well if I do it with UI.thoughts please.....  

I am an administrator for one of the Login company I have a request from one of our users who needs access to a couple of Report Suites. Now I do see that we have over 200 Product Profiles. I am not aware of how these Product Profiles are organized or which Report Suite is part of which Product Profile. Is there a way for you guys to provide us with these details so that it would be easier for us to quickly provide access rather than keep guessing and go through the 200 Product profiles searching for the Report Suites.
