New user set up in Adobe Campaign

Hi,

We are implementing Adobe Campaign as our CRM tool at Rank group. I would like to understand whether the Adobe Campaign automatically send the new user their details or the system admin will need to send to them their details? Many Thanks in advance

This would have to be sent by the system admin, Adobe Campaign won't automatically send the new user their details.
