Hi Anyone has experience or has any idea why two shared value from two table cannot be joined even after removing all spacing and turning everything into uppercase in the Enrichment? The intersection kept returning 0 even if the shared values are obviously the same from the interim results. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Hey there! I have just run across an issue with our profiles. I have recently created a Landing Page that subscribes a user to a specific service however when an existing profile subscribes through this landing page to the new service, it duplicates the profile rather than updating the existing profile with the new subscription. Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have some experience that would prevent duplicates? Thanks, friends!

Hello,  I create an automation where a Scheduler attached to an END activity, that has 3 variables I've identified, and would kick off an External Signal in another workflow.   The External signal goes right into a Transfer File activity and here's where I need help. The Transfer File will download a file located in an external SFTP. The filename contains a date field in it.  I tried the following - $(vars/@FilePath)+$(vars/@FileMask)+Year(GetDate())+Month(GetDate())+Day(GetDate())+'.'+$(vars/@File_Extension) - but it returns this:  outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_2020825.zip  When I need it return this: outgoing/batch_push/2_167_USER_PROFILE_20200825.zip' Can someone guide me on how to get this to be a 2 digit month. I tried LPad and some other coding and they failed. This isn't an issue for me in ACC since I can use a script, but I'm have a hard time in ACS.  

What version of Javascript is being used and supported in ACS?

We are trying to use GIF in our mail.But the problem is that some outlook version does not support GIF's.How can I do a fallback to a png-file  when a customer is open the email in outlook?

Hi team,I want to use the generalised URL in few of the templates.For that i have created one option variable and have given the URL Link in the option variable.Now in personalisation block i want to use that link and through <a href > i have included Option variable. But while deploying template i am unable to see that as a link. I'm trying to include a video player within an email send using the video content component in the ACS email designer. I've added the YouTube video link in the "video link" field but I can't make it work. I also tried adding it via html without any luck. I've tried to find instructions for how to use this component but I can't find anything on the Adobe support pages or YouTube. Had anyone used this component? Could someone walk me through the steps or point me to documentation that walks through the steps? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Hi All, Could you please let me know whether there is a retention period for the files that gets uploaded in the location "/home/neolane/nl7/var/<instance_name>/upload/" when we upload a file using LOAD FILE activity in ACS? Hello,  I've been going round and round with this, and I believe my answer is that ACS External Accounts does not have the capabilty that FileZilla has to Fetch a file.  I've been trying to set up the External Account to work like FileZilla (using SSH Key authentication) - however, I believe the issue is that I need to load the Private Key in the set-up and only the Public Key is allowed.  Can someone confirm that External Accounts does not have the capability for me set it up like FileZilla? Meaning, I generate the SSH Keys, load the Private Key in External Accounts, and then provide the client a Public Key? When I try accessing the FTP via a Transfer File activity, I get an 'access denied' error message. My assumption is because the Public Key is only loaded in ACS External Account (Support set this up for me). 

I want to add something to "data-nl-expr="/context" . Note: I understand the concept of TargetData and Resource extension, but problem is , by adding anything to cusResource or .TargetData is , newly added attributes gets added as "data-nl-expr="/context/<cusResource>/<cusAttribute>" , however I wanted my "cusAttribute", to be available under "data-nl-expr="/context/<cusAttribute>", instead of "data-nl-expr="/context/<cusResource>/<cusAttribute>"

Hi,  We've created an audience based on Tracking Log label values. Now I want to to use that audience in another segmentation to build a new audience. However, when I add an Audience to the Audience builder, I can only select audiences with "Profile" as targeting dimension, not my audiences with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as targeting dimension.  How can I use that audience with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as Targeting Dimension for further Audience work?

Hi, I would like to create a predefined filter where i can able to reuse the filter in many workflows with different values.  For ex: In first workflow, condition is email domain = gmail.com and country = USA and in second workflow, condition is email domain = yahoo.com and country = HK. Is that possible to reuse the one filter in many places? If so, can we able to achieve the above scenario. Please help me to get this solved and guide me to achieve the same. Thanks,Moseen

Hi We are attempting to integrate Adobe with a Kafka stream. I have created a custom connector that invokes xtk.session.WriteCollection function for every batch of kafka record.  It seems that our Kafka stream contains multiple versions of the same records. Basically, every time when one of record attribute has changed, the new record is published to the stream and these records can come really quick, with one or several consecutive batches. The latest record only needs to be recorded in Adobe DB and there is record sequence number to distinguish which of them are latest.  I cannot figure out how to create write request with a condition. What I want is to add a condition, something like in xtk.queryDef <condition exp={"@sequenceNumber < " + currentSequenceNumber }/>. Is something like that possible with xtk.session.WriteCollection and what should be an exact syntax for the XML document? I have noticed another function like xtk.session.ImportC
