I work for a streaming video service and we very much want to be able to deploy web push notifications should users opt-in when visiting our website, so that we have a path towards messaging desktop users to drive visits to our site and/or steer on-site visitors to specific content. It's frustrating that Adobe only offers push and in-app, as the competitive vendor set all offer web push. Can we get this on the roadmap?Vote please
Currently SeedMembers may only use Profile Attributes which are directly stored on the profile. If you want to have Dynamic content based on Relations to a custom Schema (e.g. Interests) you wont be able to test your profiles. As a consequence all those attributes need to be copied over to the Recipient and Seed Member.
I'd like to use custom profile attributes in test profiles so we can test that personalization is working correctly when one the personalized fields comes from a test user attribute.
It would be great if there was to select what variant each test profile will receive when creating A/B tests.
In the Load File activity it would be very useful if you could set your own default values for fields within the 'Column Definition' tab.Currently every time we load a new list and refresh the file structure, all of the field values within Column Definition are reset to the default settings, so every time we need to manually go in and set one of the fields to an Integer type, and set another field to convert all values to lowercase (for the email address). This leaves scope for user error if anyone forgets to do this so for the Workflow template if you could set our own default values we wouldn't need to worry about this each time.
It would be useful to allow admins and other privileged users to make small corrections of profiles and their related data without having to create workflows. For instance, consider the case of a profile that is not subscribed to a service but should be subscribed to it, and that there is no way for the corresponding user to subscribe to the service. Currently a workflow must be written to query for that profile and subscribe the profile to the service. It would be faster and easier for a privileged user to be able to edit the profile and add the service or to edit the service and add the profile.Similar to this, if there is a discrepancy in data between a profile in Campaign and a profile in a system that data has been imported from, it would be easier to edit the profile directly in Campaign than to create a workflow that updates the profile. While it is not generally desirable to allow for direct updates to data, in some cases for maintenance and production support it is needed; hav
A few months ago, I asked how I go about getting counts for various profile and subscription table attributes, such as how many profiles, opt-ins, opt-in rate, subscribers, prospects, lapsed, users by country, etc. I asked how to get counts over time so that a user could create line or bar charts depicting the change in counts for any specific attribute of our users. I was informed that ACS only offers dynamic reports for campaigns, so seeing counts was not possible other than creating and running workflows each time you wanted to see a specific count, or at the most, creating an audience for a specific workflow so that day's counts could be displayed. I commissioned our Adobe build team to create a custom "profile report table" with all of the attributes i wanted to track, and have it run weekly. The table shows counts of each attribute each Monday. I then export this table into a Txt file and covert to CSV, where I then create my charts. Not ideal, but at least I have a path to do wh
