before disable action from the ACS UI for a user, I want to make sure that there are no workflows created by that user in the account/application.how can I check that, is there anything else I need to validate before deactivating the user account from the ACS UI?

Hey Everyone!  I had a similar request a while back but for phone numbers. I think the code would be the same but would need to replace the field it's reading to determine the which unsub link it needs to direct to.Looking for help to know what I need to use or if there is a better way. Also, this is going to be in a fragment we use for our footers.Current code:<% var phoneNumber="1-800-xxx-xxxx"; if(context.delivery.label.toLowerCase().indexOf("password") >= 0){ phoneNumber = "1-800-xxx-xxxx"; } if(context.delivery.label.toLowerCase().indexOf("paperless confirmation") >= 0){ phoneNumber = "1-800-xxx-xxxx"; } document.write(phoneNumber); %>

Hi, I queried an audience group who have received a previous email from us and would like to split this further into 8 segments based on subscribers actions. In each segmentation, I used tracking logs for email clicks, labels of buttons from the previous email and delivery label of the previous email. The workflow was fine and it got stuck/long run time at the segmentation node, node is green and not red. 1 of the segments was derived and it hang there. The audience group is slightly more than 300k. Does anyone know where went wrong? For advise please. Thank you.

Hi, I would like to query for profiles that received a particular eDM but did not click on any links/buttons within. May I know if there is a way to do that? Thanks!

Looking to see if there is a way to convert date provided in text format "AUGUST 20,2025" to numeric date format "08/20/2025" in ACS workflow? And then , check if that numeric date is prior to today's date.

I am trying to add Adobe Fonts from my Creative Cloud to my ACS, but am coming up short when it comes to where I am supposed to put the coding. Does anyone have any additional insight on how I am supposed to do this? Or is there an easier way I'm missing? It seems kind of crazy to me that it would be this complicated to use Adobe fonts in another Adobe program... Thanks!

Hey Everyone.  I have an email that goes out monthly, and I can pull the tracking data, but it's only showing the profiles that opened and clicked. I'm looking to include the profile that received the email but didn't engage. I feel like this is simple, but it's not clicking in my head how to do it.

hello,Ive seen similar questions but they were for ACC so wanted to double check. Will the attached workflow setup work? This is a daily triggered campaign but I want the wait period to hold the results for 5 days.I think the results will be removed every day - and therefore this cannot work? but just wanted to make sure thanks

How do you see the heat map or hot clicks for trigger campaigns? I can only see it for adhoc campaigns that have been sent.

Field definition - Default value type Can someone provide a detailed explanation for the Default value type options at the Field definition screen for a resource element? For our example, the element type is 'Text'. Also, there is a list of authorised values.I couldn't locate anything within the documentation explaining the differences between the three options: 'No default value', 'Constant default value' and 'Dynamic default value'.I am interested in the best practice, potential implications to data loads, screen definition etc.   Thanks

Hi,Has anyone encountered the following issue with the data-nl-type="externalLink" data-nl-link-perso-attr-href="#" tags? After adding the link via the AC editor interface, AC added the two tags above to my code and broke the dark mode CSS style by adding semi-transparent black to the background of the AC text.Do you know of a solution to fix this? I should mention that this only happens in the Classic version of Outlook Office 365 on Windows 10 in Dark Mode.Thank you!

Hi, Is it possible to get refresh token in ACS? When I made POST call based on the cURL generated in developer console, it is only providing me the access token, also is it possible to use Refresh token for Authorization or it can be only used to generate new access token? Thanks!

What is the downtime or maintenance duration in ACS and what happens when a transactional event is triggered from a external source during this downtime period.

Hi, Is it possible to store data from Transactional event (Customer ID) in the broadLog schema in ACS using Target mapping or by any other alternative process?

I am sending multiple rounds of proofs to different individuals and I would like to adjust the subject line to read '[Proof 2]' and '[Proof 3]' in subsequent sends. Can this be done and if so how?Thank you,Keith

Hello ACS professionals, I need to send a transactional email that includes product details. The landing page is hosted outside of Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), and the information is passed through an external API. When a user fills out a form containing product details such as the product name, code, etc., I need to send a confirmation email that includes the product information. However, I am unable to map the product details into the transactional email because they are not recognized as dynamic fields, even though I have added these fields to the Data Structure section in the Event Configuration. How can I do this? Email details are like this:Your Product DetailsProduct type: Product name: Model/Product code: Date of purchase:

Hello everyone, I am still pretty new to ACS and is encountering an issue on plain text. I understand different ESP will have different renders and I have run into this issue of plain text alignment. On the plain text editor, I have aligned it to what I want it to be. However, when I send the proofs, all else looks fine except for the plain text version. There are 2 scenarios I ran into. When I make a slight edit on the plain text, save, exit the editor and revisit the plain text version on the editor, all the inline spacing are removed and I have to hit enter to create the necessary spacings again. Most of the time this scenario only happened to a line of text followed by a URL in the next line. Same thing when I aligned the URL to the next line with enter but when the proofs came up, both the text and URL are in the same line.Does anyone have any magic to solve this?

Hello, I'd like to export broadcast and tracking logs via API from adobe campaign standard. In terms of API access, I'm able to connect to the platform and retrieve the profiles. However, I'm having trouble retrieving SMS and Email activity (click, open, send). Can you please help me solve this problem? I have also another subject, how to filter using lastModified field in profiles with API, I tried it to get updated data only but I got all profiles. How to encounter this problem please ?

Hi all,    I am having this problems when publishing landings. It throws me the following error, I am wondering if it is something related to the upgrade of the instance.   Any clues or ideas would be helpful.    Best,  Celia

Hi, I'm planning to send some data from ACS via External API activity to Dynamics 365, but Dynamics 365 authentication token expires every 1hr, I can't be able to send data out automatically (need to manually update the token after it expires). Could anyone please suggest what needs to be done to fetch new authentication token after expiration / after 1hr. Thanks!
