Hey Everyone.  I have an email that goes out monthly, and I can pull the tracking data, but it's only showing the profiles that opened and clicked. I'm looking to include the profile that received the email but didn't engage. I feel like this is simple, but it's not clicking in my head how to do it.

This is a daily triggered campaign but I want the wait period to hold the results for 5 days.I think the results will be removed every day - and therefore this cannot work? but just wanted to make sure thanks

How do you see the heat map or hot clicks for trigger campaigns? I can only see it for adhoc campaigns that have been sent.

Field definition - Default value type Can someone provide a detailed explanation for the Default value type options at the Field definition screen for a resource element? For our example, the element type is 'Text'. Also, there is a list of authorised values.I couldn't locate anything within the documentation explaining the differences between the three options: 'No default value', 'Constant default value' and 'Dynamic default value'.I am interested in the best practice, potential implications to data loads, screen definition etc.   Thanks

Hi,Has anyone encountered the following issue with the data-nl-type="externalLink" data-nl-link-perso-attr-href="#" tags?After adding the link via the AC editor interface, AC added the two tags above to my code and broke the dark mode CSS style by adding semi-transparent black to the background of the AC text.Do you know of a solution to fix this? I should mention that this only happens in the Classic version of Outlook Office 365 on Windows 10 in Dark Mode.Thank you!

Hello,I have a parent program in ACS name ABC ,this has a child program named XYZ, within XYZ there are 7 campaigns set up, two campaigns are in blue and rest in green. when I try to access the delivery summary report via the dynamic reports option from within the program window it displays Zero count, I have tried changing the date range as well,  however if I go the individual delivery associated to the campaign and access the same report I get data. can someone please help me on this issue?

Hi, Is it possible to get refresh token in ACS? When I made POST call based on the cURL generated in developer console, it is only providing me the access token, also is it possible to use Refresh token for Authorization or it can be only used to generate new access token? Thanks!

Hello ACS professionals, I need to send a transactional email that includes product details. The landing page is hosted outside of Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), and the information is passed through an external API. When a user fills out a form containing product details such as the product name, code, etc., I need to send a confirmation email that includes the product information. However, I am unable to map the product details into the transactional email because they are not recognized as dynamic fields, even though I have added these fields to the Data Structure section in the Event Configuration. How can I do this? Email details are like this:Your Product DetailsProduct type: Product name: Model/Product code: Date of purchase: 

Hello everyone, I am still pretty new to ACS and is encountering an issue on plain text. I understand different ESP will have different renders and I have run into this issue of plain text alignment. On the plain text editor, I have aligned it to what I want it to be. However, when I send the proofs, all else looks fine except for the plain text version. There are 2 scenarios I ran into. When I make a slight edit on the plain text, save, exit the editor and revisit the plain text version on the editor, all the inline spacing are removed and I have to hit enter to create the necessary spacings again.Most of the time this scenario only happened to a line of text followed by a URL in the next line. Same thing when I aligned the URL to the next line with enter but when the proofs came up, both the text and URL are in the same line.Does anyone have any magic to solve this?

Hello, I'd like to export broadcast and tracking logs via API from adobe campaign standard. In terms of API access, I'm able to connect to the platform and retrieve the profiles. However, I'm having trouble retrieving SMS and Email activity (click, open, send). Can you please help me solve this problem? I have also another subject, how to filter using lastModified field in profiles with API, I tried it to get updated data only but I got all profiles. How to encounter this problem please ?

Hi, I'm planning to send some data from ACS via External API activity to Dynamics 365, but Dynamics 365 authentication token expires every 1hr, I can't be able to send data out automatically (need to manually update the token after it expires). Could anyone please suggest what needs to be done to fetch new authentication token after expiration / after 1hr. Thanks!

We're trying to set up a subdomain to use with Campaign. We can't delegate the whole domain via nameserver, so we have to go the CNAME route. Adobe's instructions ask us to set up a CNAME record pointing testdomain.companyname.com to Adobe while ALSO setting up subdomains below that record pointing to Adobe via CNAME. According to our IT department, this is impossible in their DNS system. You can't have subdomains of a record that is itself a CNAME record. I have a workflow with multiple queries for counts and I would like to export all of these to one CSV.All I need to have is the name of each query and it's associated count.Step by step guide please as still fairly new to this.Thank you. 

I'm working on a project to automate as much as possible for our newsletter.  I have everything set up in a workflow, including the delivery. I need to find a way to send a proof. Once it's ready to send, the person can confirm it within the delivery screen using the confirm button.  Sending the proof, I know I can make a branch (fork activity) and have another delivery go to the person who needs to approve it. The other branch has a long wait activity, and if it's ready to send, they can go into the workflow and immediately execute it.  I already have this as a backup plan if there isn't a better way.  I can see this working by making the delivery a single send. Since you must confirm the send when the workflow gets to that activity, unless you have it set up differently when creating the delivery, you can send proof before confirming. BUTTT... The catch is that you'll have to create another delivery since it's a "single-use" delivery. Sorry for
