Event trigger : if open or not / clicked or not then sending again an other time

Hi,

I'm beginning to use Adobe Campaign but don't see how to create a workflow with event triggers for example if someone open or not an email or if someone click or not on specific link then other actions are going on.

Hi @younessb9894730  For transactional messages use follow upFor marketing messages, you need to build a workflow and your query should be on the tracking logs.Thanks,David
