Custom Metrics in ACS Report

Hello,

is it possible to add new custom metrics to the reporting?

Id like to create a CTOR metric - as this is not provided, but is very important nowadays. It does not seem like there is a way to combine the metrics that are now available to make a custom one, but please let me know if there is a way. Without CTOR any of the email reports are not very useful (or whoever is reading them needs to do the additional calculation elsewhere).

Hi Zuzana,

In ACS you can only build custom reports based on existing metrics. Three is already an enhancement request planned to include this in future releases.
