Hello dear AC7 community,

Can we know the reading time of a newsletter after sending in AC7 please? How can I know if a recipient has read the entire of the newsletter content?

Many thanks.

Virginie.

Hi Virginie,

As far as the application goes, there isn't any way to configure a delivery to track the read time or to determine when a recipient has read an entire newsletter.

You could submit this in the Ideas section of these forums for Campaign Product Management to review as an enhancement.

Regards,

Craig

@virginiecrmb2c , Meanwhile you can add any interesting hyperlink in the end of newsletter like 'read more' (which navigates to article/website) or survey link kind of.

There is a maximum possibility that a recipient who reads the entire newsletter may click this URL. So a tracking log will get created for the recipient along with the URL information.

In this way, by filtering on trackingLogs schema, you can able to 'PREDICT' the user who might have read the entire newsletter.

Absolutely, this is an alternative solution but an approximative solution too.

We can start with that pending developments.

Best regards.

Virginie.
