Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Hi, When upgrading from 6.1.0 build 8192 to 6.1.1 build 8891, I encounter this error: SCM-120010 Cannot find a element 'Field (field)' from key values 'name:iParticipative' (schema document 'sqlSchema') (iRc=16384) The data schema «sqlSchema» is a native Neolane schema and not modifiable. The error reported tells us that an element is not found on a diagram provided in the installation build zip.Can you explain to me the cause of this error and help me correct it? Thanks in advance. Regards,

Hi folks! I would like to know if anyone out there is using code control / DevOps to manage development and delivery in Adobe Campaign Classic v7?At the moment, we use Jira for tracking work items but ultimately end up with XML packages on secure file shares with "release notes" as the mechanisms to manage delivery through our route to live.I'm looking to re-risk and automate this process, hopefully using Azure DevOps. I'm imagining a world where tickets from through my delivery Kanban, and end up with packages automatically being deployed from Dev through Stage to Production as the tickets move through the process, all with tagged, audited code in a Git code repository. I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback, especially if this is something you've done or are doing! Thanks!Oli (MarTech Product Owner, Specsavers Optical Group)

Hi Team, Can you please advise if there is a limit of creation of number of schemas in ACC , also what would be the maximum no of columns that can be catered in schemas. ThanksPV

In campaign classic v7 I have selected the checkbox to export labels instead of enumeration values and still i'm getting the enumeration values in csv file instead of labels. I'm exporting extracted data using file transfer to SFTP. I'm trying to export as 'Yes', 'No' instead of '1', '0' but it's not working, any advise would be appreciated.

Does anyone have any information on a standard or average lift impact in open rates due to the latest iOS 15 updates? We have seen open rates nearly double since the update while clicks and conversions are remaining constant. Perhaps a standard margin of error to apply? We'd rather understand the data of open rates than forego them as a whole in place of clicks and conversion.

When I login to AC Client Console using a different writing of your user name (mix with lower and upper cases) then you get a error message: Instead of this I want to get customized message like "Use  lower case and try again" Please let me know how to do it

Hello everyone.we are currently faccing a dead end with some javscript call (in js  and Workflow).our use case is the following :we need to make an httpcall to a outside server to get some data.the server is currently sending data on a stream  that is not closed as it will keep sending data if new events happen. If we are making a call with curl (outside adobe) the flow will be the followingcurl callstream openserver send datastream stay openserver send somr keep alive stream to be sure the stream stay open(if new data , server send the new data)We cannot make the call with the regular httpClientRequest as it generate an error as soon as it get the data.we cannot make a curl call in the workflow eitheir as the task stay "stuck" on the curl call, so we got no way to read the stream. (and we have to kill the workflow => no data in that case)Has anyone ever get that requirement and any idea on how to do it? Thank you

Hello! As advised on this site I want to migrate from using Generic SMPP (Deprecated) connector to Extended Generic SMPP.I followed migration instructions and SMSes arrive to mobile, however the responses are not handled as before. Now every message has a status "Send" and text: "Message to '*' pushed to the connector." even if they should error, for example when I target invalid number. When using the old connector I see: ("Status" : "Text")"Received on mobile" : "Message received on mobile""Failed" : "Message not delivered"and additionally before "message received" there is info about how many messages were used to send the SMS.Any ideas where the issue might be coming from? How can I achieve the same results using Extended SMPP that is advised to use?Kind regards,Filip

Hello Folks, We want to upgrade AC classic which is on premise, Do you recommend in-place upgrade vs new install? Is there a decent success rate with in-place upgrades?I am not sure that will work since its old version. I am aware it will include multiple upgrade path - What would be the exact upgrade path?A new install would be installing the latest build on a fresh server then 1) pointing to the old database and copying config xml file or 2) copying the database objects from the previous version to the new? option 2 is possible? which one is safe to assume? Current version - Release 6.1.1 build 8890Latest version - Release 7.2.2 - Build 9349

Has anyone figured out a way to match multiple coupons to one single recipient? For example, in each email there will be 1 coupon for the recipient to use and 2 other coupons to be shared with friends. Thanks.

Hello, We are hoping to add Subject Line to one of our daily exports (delivery or recipienttrackinglogs seem to make the most sense). We can find the field under email header parameters off of 'Delivery', however this is only available in the Data Extract activity, and since it can't be added through enrichment or a query, it errors out the export. This question was asked years ago about ACS, and it seems like it was not possible: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/extracting-the-subject-line-of-an-email-delivery-in-acs/m-p/243738- The suggestion for ACC (which is what we have), unfortunately makes the field visible, but unable to export as i note above. Has anyone found a way to do this successfully? Any tips? I understand the subject lines could be personalized which makes it a little more tricky, but the subject line is important for analysis so hoping there is a way to export this data that we're not aware of. Thank you

Hi everyone, We are in the situation where one recipient might have a personal and business e-mail address. When we contact that person for personal stuff, the e-mail should be send to his/her personal e-mail address. However, when we contact that person in relation to the company he/she is related to, the e-mail should be send to his/her business e-mail address. However, on the recipient level there's only one field available OOTB.Due to a specific setup we cannot just create a second recipient account; and despite we already have the visitor system enabled, we are convinced it's not smart to use it as we know it doesn't support (un)subscriptions that well. So we would like to stick with the recipient if possible. In the ideal world, you would have 2 e-mail fields with an option at the delivery level to point which it should use. Does anyone have experience with a setup like this? If so, how should we configure it? Kind regards,Wesley

Hello, We have a new operator group folder which contains a new operator group. When I (as an admin) add new operators to the group some of us disappear from the group automatically. I've tried to add 3 different users. All with the same rights/accesses, but two of them always gets removed. The last one is still there. I can't find any differences in the operators.  Do you know what the issue might be? Is there a OOTB-workflow that cleanses the groups for some reason? Im out of ideas. Need to add: The ones I add that gets removed doesnt get removed instantly, sometimes they are there for 5 minutes, sometimes 2 minutes etc.

Hello, I've just joined a new team and were trying to help them with a thing in production. I've added a new operator group because there was an issue adding operators in another operation group. When it didn't resolve the issue I removed the operator group that I've created. And now I get the following issue when I try to look on workflows in that enviroment. Element 'readSurvey' is unknown (see definition of element '/activities' in schema 'Workflows (xtk:workflow)'). The path '/activities/readSurvey' is invalid in schema 'Workflows (xtk:workflow)'. XTK-170036 Unable to parse expression '[activities/readSurvey]'. ------ Error while loading the detail. Either a data does not exist, or you do not have access to the data. Do you know the reason behind this and how it can be solved? When I look at my operator/account I still have all the accesses as an admin.

We are migrating the old Genesis analytics connector over to the new IMS Analytics connector. Its going fairly smoothly, but I am stumped on what "Person Clicks" relates to as it doesn't seem to have a corresponding event in Analytics. All the rest do.There is no documentation on the new setup that I can find - anyone done this already?CheersDarren

All,  Just need some insight. I created a campaign in Test folder under the Enterprise business unit. As part of the campaign template, I included the Delivery. After, testing - I copied the campaign template into the 'Campaign Templates' folder. I configured the Delivery Properties in the template: But when I copy this template into a new campaign, the delivery properties change: Can someone tell me why this changes when I copy the template? Also, I understand Best Practice may be to create a separate Delivery Template, and then bring it into the campaign later, but still doesn't explain why the change in properties.  Please advise.

Is there a way if we can use an event xml field data present under archived event schema, for our marketing campaign to use in Email template?

Hi All In myVariable, it has comma separated data. Example:  apple, orange, banana when I use the query activity fruits ---> is included in --> $(instance/vars/@myVariable), I am getting zero results.  is it possible to use 'is included in' with $(instance/vars/@myVariable) in query activity or there is any alternate way to do that as myVariable will always have more that 2-3 data. also there are multiple query conditions together. For example :       fruits ---> is included in --> $(instance/vars/@myVariable)and vegetables ---> is included in --> $(instance/vars/@myVariable2) please help
