Hi,   Use case - The client want to print a Postcard/Direct mail which will include a QR code/barcode and will be sent to customers. When the customer will receive the postcard he/she will scan the QR code and that needs to be tracked back into Adobe Campaign Classic v7.   Is there any way of doing this? Please suggest.   regards, Niraj

Hello Team,   We have a hybrid instance of Adobe campaign classic v7. The marketing instance is set up within our datacenter. For one of new use case we are trying to insert / update some data from adobe campaign to a Mysql db through FDA connection. We set up the following and validated. #1. External account set for FDA connection to Mysql db. - tested and validated that the connection is successful. #2. The user account used for the connection is a mysql db user (not a RHEL OS user with permission to unix file system on the db server) with permission to read / write / delete data in the table to which we want update data from adobe campaign.   When we tried to perform a simple update activity, the workflow fails with logs stating that LOCAL DATA LOCAL INFILE could not be executed.   writer2 WDB-200001 SQL statement 'LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE '/tmp/mysql_bulk_pipe_21052_21052' INTO TABLE wkf9973818_100_1 CHARACTER SET latin1 (list of columns)' could not be executed.

Hi, we use Adobe offers to populate content in our emails. For about 4 weeks now we get the following error when we run the workflow    Unable to parse expression '[rcpGrpRel/@group-id] = 104383450 and [rcpGrpRel/rcpGroup/@type]=0'   We have looked through the offer space but can't see anything that relates to that expression. We also have an offer pull into the email multiple times. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?   Thanks Katrin

Hi Team,   Can anyone let me know the steps involved in Setting up SMS External Account to send sms using API call and how to receive DLR forward response from the connector?   Thanks in Advance,   Regards, Shine v.v

I am using ACC v7 and have setup a web application that uses the survey module to enable customers to provide extra information about themselves. The survey successfully submits the information and this information can be viewed in the responses. However, I can't find a way to link each response back to the customer that submitted them.  Customers receive links to the survey via emails that are sent from the same instance of ACC. The only difference with our setup is that we don't send the emails from the recipient table but another table that is linked to the recipients table. For reference, the survey url in our emails has the following structure: http://domain.co.uk/webApp/surveyV1?id=<%=escapeUrl(customerTable.cryptedId)%> Any help you can provide to link the survey responses to a customer will be much appreciated. Thanks, Paul

I have customer id attribute in recipient form. My requirement is customer id attribute should be read only for existing records in recipient schema and if i am adding a new record in recipient form then customer id should be editable so that i can give my input in customer id attribute.

How can I apply split for the blacklisted emails in recipients with having a preceding query on the transaction date (emails are not given in the Transaction Table).

Hi,I am not sure if I understand referential integrity in Adobe Campaign ProperlyBasically I want to create a new schema "Pledges" which is linked to the Recipient table, it will contain a list of pledges that the recipient has made.I have created the schema (example below) which is fine but I wanted for when a recipient is deleted for the pledges to be deleted as well through a cascaded delete of some form but not sure how to achieve this.At the moment I can delete either the recipient record or the pledge record without any effect on the other. The following is what I have tried so far (database postgresql):<srcSchema _cs="Pledges (nt)" created="2019-11-20 20:42:57.965Z" createdBy-id="0"           desc="Pledge" entitySchema="xtk:srcSchema" img="xtk:schema.png" label="Pledges"           labelSingular="Pledge" lastModified="2019-11-21 12:17:26.933Z" mappingType="sql"           md5="AD17FA7CD5BA316C7EDAD382B8D4C1B3" modifiedBy-id="0" name="Pledges"           namespace="nt" xtkschema="

Hi, Created a snowflake integration with classic and integration is working fine. We have tables and views in snowflake. When I try to Access the TABLES from snowflakes, the fields in snowflake tables are auto-populated in Campaign schema as <attribute/> . But when I try to access VIEWS of snowflake, We can see only <element/> and not the fields as attributes.   How to get the attribute auto-populated while creating schema using snowflake's VIEWS.   Regards,ParthaSarathy

Hello all, I'm facing a weird issue as follows: In the database and after querying a list I have a column that contains a specific date in a regular format I'm manipulating the data with this JS code: var lastDate = formatDate(targetData.LastFillDate,"%2M/%2D/%2Y"); So, after sending proofs I can see the date was modified showing one day less, like: So, have you faced this issue, and do you know how to resolve it? Thank you. Note: If I don't modify the data with JS, I get something like this (see the format):

In a delivery, if I select the "Tracking and Images" function to troubleshoot and configure tracking and images in a delivery:There are two images in our delivery with "Not yet online" notices:These images, instead of it being served from the server (http:server.com/image.jpg), is served from Adobe cache (mid-prod2-t.adobe-campaign.com/res/img), even though the image links are live and can be served from the http:server.com/image.jpg path. Why does Adobe replace and redirect the image URL link to the image in Adobe's cache? What does "Notyetonline" notice mean and how can I correct it?
