Hi, 

I can see this question has been posted before under https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/pushnotification-failed-to-identify-the-developer-account/td-p/306326

 

With the solution are we looking at the configuration on Firebase or on ACM? for the 'Mobile Application Service' part?

Hi,

 

For fixing the error:

 

Error – Status Refused. Failed to identify the developer account, please check your ID and password

 

Set the Project Key in Mobile Application in ACC, to match the Server Key set up on GCM.
