Adobe Workfront Fusion

I'm working in Workfront with custom fields that have calculations pulling from both number fields and currency fields. I'm trying to get the front-end display to match the back-end values being stored. When I pull the numbers into Excel, they are coming in with extra decimal places like 123.446 instead of rounding to 123.45 as displayed.I've tried using number and currency rounding functions but cannot seem to get the two values (front-end display vs back-end stored value) to match up. I also have Fusion available if that could provide a workaround, though I'm not very proficient with coding or Fusion.Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the back-end stored number calculated in a custom field to round to the same number of decimal places as the front-end display? I have a scenario that creates a task on a separate project with a new request (Issue) is submitted via a form.However, since I created the scenario, all Tasks created by the scenario are requested by me. We need the Requested By field to show the person who submitted the original request. Any ides on how to achieve this?

I am trying to set up a new connection in Fusion to AEM but the only connection I can get only has Read only permissions. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? We followed the set-up instructions here  - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-fusion/fusion-apps-and-modules/aem-assets-modules - to create an AEM Assets as a Cloud Service connection. We downloaded the credentials from the AEM Admin Console and found that the Meta Scopes were set to: "metascopes": "ent_aem_cloud_api",While this did connect to our instance of AEM, the scopes only allowed Read only permissions and we were unable to upload, update or move records as we expected/needed. We have spent a considerable amount of time looking for alternative information on what to change in the standard credentials downloaded from the AEM console but have been unable to grant Write permissions to the connection. We

What is the best way to create a text file from a bundle of events? I have a watch events module that can have up to 1000 events and I need to get those bundles that contain lots of fields to a text file.

We've got a custom project form that contains a field for the project's recording date; the field is set up to show only the date, not the time of day.  I'm working on an automation, triggered by an addition or change to this date field, that adjusts the planned start date for the corresponding recording task to match.I first tested the scenario using hard-coded info from a sample project.  I used a Read a Record module to pull the field info--it shows the field only as a date:I parsed this date and added 7 hours to it before passing it to the Update Record module for the task (our Fusion is on Denver time, and we're on EST, so this results in the date having a 9:00am time).  This worked fine.I then started playing around with triggers.  I created a second scenario with a Watch Field module to detect changes in the recording date field.  The task gets updated with this scenario but with the wrong time.  I started inspecting the modules, and I discovered th

I got an error message earlier today for one of my scenarios and went into Fusion to investigate.  When I click into one of the errored attempts, nothing shows up under Simple Log, and if I click on Advanced Log, Fusion takes me out of my scenario altogether and back to the home screen.I experimented and found that I can get the logs by clicking on 'Go to original record.'  However, this seems to work only if I'm clicking on it from the main attempts screen:If I go into one of the attempts and try to navigate to the original record from there, I get spinning circles and a page unresponsive notice:I cleared my browser's cache/cookies, and the issues persisted.  I don't have any of these issues when using the old UI.  Is anyone else seeing this behavior?  This new UI is clearly not performing well.    

Does anyone know of step by step instructions, preferably video, of how to use the "edit text layer" Photoshop module in Workfront Fusion. Currently, Im just getting a lot of: [InputValidationError][400] Invalid request parameters This is the module I speak on specifically. https://league.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-fusion/fusion-apps-and-modules/adobe-photoshop-modules.html#edit-text-layersIf I had a simple (1) click (2) this (3) this and (4) that and i get a (5) success, that would be ideal. Where do I need to look to find the IP address associated with Fusion? I need to give this to my network administrator and I have no clue how or where to find it.

I am creating a custom form for users to request new work groups. I would like to add a field  that auto populates the requestors group and then allows them to select from a list if the group needs to be different. I am assuming this will happen in Fusion, any idea where I would go to for how to information? Thanks

I am tasked with updating the planned completion time of a certain task to 6:00. To do this you must update the planned completion time of the project to later than that if it is earlier, so I am updating the time to 6:01. I tested this 11 times in a row and only 1 of them failed to update the time. I also tested this 50 times in a row with a 5 second sleep in-between project creation and updating and 4 failed to update the time. Does anyone know why this would be happening? The fails are happening when an issue is being converted to a project template that contains 1 task that needs its time to be changed. I am attempting to create the Microsoft SQL module connection and am getting getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND error.  I have also tried using the IP address and get IP address is not valid.  I have had our server team look at the firewall settings and all the fusion IP's have been allowed.  They are not seeing any hits against the server coming from trying to create this connection.  Has anyone else run into this and how did you solve?

Can this be done? I suppose I could copy and paste each module but I'm looking for a quicker/easier way.

Hello Fusion experts, as far as I know there are two native ways to convert an issue / request (OPTASK) to a task or project in Fusion. Convert Object moduleThis one does not provide very much configuration possibilities. Misc Action module The one we are using a lot.  Using the Misc Action module lets us define almost any field of the resulting object. Unfortunately due to the Workfront API, a lot of settings will be ignored. One example:  We use a request queue, which is "monitored" by a specific team. As soon as a new request arrives, they do check it and change the request status to a custom status (like Request approved).This status change triggers a Fusion scenario, which automatically converts the task to a request. Unfortunately in the resulting task under Details -> Task stakeholders -> Requested by the name of the user, which is assigned to the Connector between Fusion an Workfront is shown. This is our general admin account.

We are looking for information or options on a timeline visualization solution that will work with our Workfront implementation. Currently we actively use the "timeline" feature in MS Project, which allows autonomy in selecting specific milestones and tasks that we can place on a timeline graphic. This has been a crucial communication tool for us in keeping project stakeholders apprised of project progress. Based on our research, Workfront's current Gantt and Milestone timeline feature doesn't quite meet our needs to this extent. We're obliged to look for options, perhaps as an export to, or integration with, an external solution that will give us something close to what we're looking for. We are in the process of migration our project schedules and task management fully into Workfront.

We are evaluating Workfront for G Suite for our Workfront implementation and would really appreciate input / feedback from other organizations / users who have worked with it recently and can offer their comments on whether it works as advertised.

From that, Fusion would read the choices and map them to another multi-select field.If choice is A, B, or C on first field, it choses 1 on the second.If choice is D on first, field, 2 on the secondIf choice is E or F on first, 3 on the secondConsidering it's multi-select, if the choices were A and E on the first field, Fusion would chose 1 and 3 on the second field. I know we're dealing with an array because we're dealing with a multiselect, so I try iterating out all the choices. I need to add a number from a bundle until it gets to a certain point then stop. Say I have 4 bundles with 1,2,4,8 and I need to make the number equal to 7. How would I add each bundle one by one and move on to the next step when the combined value equals 7, aka only the first 3 bundles pass through while the last gets discarded 1st bundle1 !>= 72nd bundle1+2 !>= 73rd bundle1+2+4 >= 7Since equal or greater stop accepting bundles and move to next step Here is a coding exampleOutput:

I am creating a new Billing Record for certain projects via Fusion, how do I update the hours collection of the record either on creation or through an update module?

I am trying to connect to Dropbox and after creating the App in Dropbox's App Console and launching the connection in Fusion the Dropbox module stays in "Waiting for authorization" mode. I am able to connect to the Dropbox account in the popup window but it never completes the the connection to Fusion. 

I'm trying to build a scenario that is triggered when a certain milestone task is ready to start.  In the Events Filters section of the Watch Events module, I can specify the milestoneID of the task, but canStart is not an available option.  Any suggestions for how to create a trigger?Thanks.
