Adobe workfront logging and monitoring requirement
Requirements -
Security requirement to have logs from Workfront and Fusion to be sent back to NAB (user, sys logs – no PII data).
Simple Explanation of the Workfront & Fusion Logging Requirement
NAB needs to make sure that anything happening inside Workfront and Workfront Fusion can be tracked for security and audit purposes.
To do this, logs from both systems must be sent back into NAB’s internal monitoring tools.
What kind of logs?
- User activity logs – e.g., who logged in, who made changes, what actions were taken
- System logs – e.g., system events, automation runs, errors, integration activity
- BUT importantly: No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) must be included in these logs.
Why do this?
- Helps NAB detect unusual or suspicious activity
- Helps with security audits
- Ensures compliance with NAB’s internal security policies
- Allows NAB to troubleshoot issues quickly
