Workfronters at Summmit 2026 - Navigating the Venetian
Navigating Adobe Summit at The Venetian Convention & Expo Center can feel overwhelming given the sheer size of the venue. To help you make the most of your time, below are some key areas and events that you'll want to keep on your radar throughout the week.
To help you make the most of your time, here are key areas you’ll want to bookmark and keep on your radar throughout the week:
Workfront Booth – Located in the Content Supply Chain area in the Community Pavilion
The Workfront booth presence is part of the Content Supply Chain area in the main Community Pavilion at Summit. There, you will find product demos, Workfront swag, and both Product team members and Workfront Champions. This is a great place to go for any Workfront or Content Supply Chain related questions!
Workfront Happy Hour (Sunday) – Rockhouse Sports Bar
Join fellow Workfronters at The Rockhouse Sports Bar on Sunday, April 19 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm for a Summit Kickoff Happy Hour. All customers who registered for at least one in-person Workfront session should have received the happy hour invite automatically, but if not, you can sign up here.
Certification Exams – Level 5 in Palazzo Ballroom H
Attendees with a full-conference pass can take certification exams at no additional cost. They are offered on a walk-in basis, and attendees must bring their own laptop, charging cord, and [IMPORTANT] a valid ID for check-in. The exam room will be open:
- Sunday, April 19 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT
- Monday, April 20 from from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT
- Tuesday, April 21 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT
- Wednesday, April 22 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM PT.
All exams are held on Level 5 in Palazzo Ballroom H at the Venetian Conference Center.
AMA Sessions – Experience League theatre in the Adobe Community & Support booth
AMA Lives are 30-minute, high impact discussions with quick highlights of real-world use cases, best practices, and proven wins, followed by 20 minutes of open, interactive Q&A. Come to the Experience League Community theater in the Adobe Community & Support booth to participate! Sessions will run throughout the day from:
- Monday, April 20 from 9:30 AM to 1:45PM and 6:30 to 7:00 PM PT
- Tuesday, April 21 from 11:00 to 11:30 AM, 12:45 to 1:15 PM, and 4:15 to 4:45 PM PT
- Wednesday, April 22 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM PT
Meals - Served in the main Expo Hall but join the GroupMe app to find friends!
Breakfast and lunch are typically served in the main Expo Hall, downstairs. It is a VERY large area so if you are looking to find other Workfronters during meals, your best bet is to join the Workfronters at Summit 2026 GroupMe chat so that you know what tables people are sitting at. Workfront Champions and Ewan Hruska (Principal Architect, Adobe), will be coordinating efforts in the app to make sure that you can find your friends!
