Workfront Person Allocation report to show projects in Planning

The current Person Allocation report(People-->(select a user)-->Allocation(from header)) only shows projects that are in a In Process state. However because projects in Planning require effort and resources we would like to have a option to include projects in planning so we can have a true resource allocation of where our teams efforts are focused on.
