Workfront announcements to state both US and UTC time

Currently announcements sent from Workfront show only US dates/times. If they truly want to be a global company and support and appreciate customers on the other side of the pond, then showing the equivalent time in UTC (for example) would be a good start.

We shouldn't have to calculate what Mountain Time zone equates to when looking to sign up to a webinar or checking maintenance schedules!
