Work Requests

Can anyone tell me what table stores the information for an internal work request and tasks that users create for themselves? For example I periodically click on a team members Avatar and select "Send Work Request" and I also allow the team to select "New Task" from their home "My Work" view. I would like to include those tasks/requests in a view/report for the times I meet with each individual team member to help with the discussion of what they are working on or their individual work load.
