Why won't my report export with the current Grouping?

Previously, if I chose a view and grouping other than the report default, the exported Excel document would include the details for the selected grouping and view. However, recently I've noticed that even if I change the grouping from Report Default to Nothing, the export still has groupings included.

Is there something I can do to export report details without a grouping?
