In other systems, there is a database table that let you do role assignments on a project automatically based on a client or product. This will eliminate the Project manager from having to go into every task and assign a user to the role.

USE CASE: A database would be maintained that would know based on a client value, which users are assigned to each role. For example, If the client is "Nike", we know that the role of Creative director is always David, Designer is Tony, Copy Writer is Matt. When the template loads the project, the roles are auto-populated based to project manager selecting client = "Nike". If the PM selects client = "Adidas", Then the Creative director is Marc, Designer is Brian, Copy Writer is Michael. and the roles auto populate based on those values. This will also help us with our routing on queue topics in that you can base your routing from a team that's associated with selection on a data field. For example, if we choose a client name "ILI", the database would know that the project manager assigned to this client is Eileen and would route the request to her.
