User Availability Reference Table

I am looking to create custom reports which reference data from the UserAvailability (USRAVL) reference table (http://developers.workfront.com/api-docs/api-explorer/). I cannot reference this table through the text editor or API.

I would like to use this reference table to create custom reports for resource management.
