Updates to Multiple Documents

When multiple documents (not proofs) are uploaded - is there a way to put an update (comment) attached to all those documents? We know we can select multiple and share but do not see a place to put a note to all at once.

    @Maradith Markham-Burns‚ Because those are 3 separate objects (just like tasks or issues), you cannot post an update to all at the same time, so you will need to click into each document separately and post a comment.

    That is unfortunate but understand the limitations.

    While it's not possible to do what you're describing there as Nichole said, we use a workaround for that by having a 'Latest Update' field on a custom form that's attached to all our projects. That field can be pulled into dashboards and easily batch-edited when necessary. It doesn't utilize the features of the Update pane, but it's a start. Something similar could be done with documents, happy to discuss if you want more details.
