Unified approvals - External Users - no proofing tool?!?!

Hello
We just switched to the new approvals and we have a ton of external users - am I seeing this right, that if they are Approvers, no proofing tool but they get the approval buttons.  If they are Reviewers then they get access to the proofing tool. Huh??? Why no proofing tool for approvers?!?!
Help! I can't seem to find any documentation.

I think you should open a Support ticket in order to get someone looking directly in your instance. Not sure if that is the intended behavior, but I still would want Support to look at it regardless of comments here.

    If this behavior seems like what you're experiencing, definitely put in a ticket with support.
