Undo Button for All Project Functions

I agree, this would be a helpful addition.

I agree. This can be a pain point when you accidently drag and drop tasks into the wrong spot. Getting the tasks back to where they were can be challenging and very time consuming. An undo button would solve this issue.

Yes, this would help users and Admins.

I'd like someone official from Workfront to chime in, but from what I understand, the changes, etc. that have been deployed and are underway for the Gantt (save, undo, etc) are precursors to what's to come. Hoping that is still the case...

I hope so too! My teams definitely do not like the gantt charts within the system, so they need it to be more rooted in the task list, so I am hoping you're right and the gantt was just the start. Having a draft mode and an undo would be great for task lists!

Thank you for your interest in this functionality. I am the product manager responsible for the project management area of Workfront. I am happy to announce that we are currently in active development for undo functionality on the task list! The functionality is planned to be available with 2018.3 release. Look for more updates during beta releases.

Hi all! Sorry if I just missed this on the webinar, but I don't remember hearing anything this time about the "Undo" button. Is this still planned to come out soon? I remember hearing it on past webinars. My teams are asking for this constantly still, a few even asked me today. I would love to give them an update. Thank you!

Is there an update on this enhancement? Was it moved to another release? My Project Owners are looking forward to this coming soon.
