Tracking rounds of revisions of document approvals

I would love if there is a way to see the history of back and forth rounds of revisions and approvals on a document. I think this would be very useful info to know how much time we are spending redoing things either rounds between designers or rounds with Marketing managers bc we spend a ton of time on edits that effect planning and workflow.
