Timesheet Profile: ability to add a limit to the number of hours a user can enter per day

Issue: Some EMEA markets have to follow legislation that restricts working overtime without a formal agreement.

Solution: option in the Timesheet Profile to limit the number of hours a user can enter per day (i.e. 8 hours per day or 10 hours per day).
