Timesheet: Allow different filters

As an admin, I can create different filters for a timesheet and add them to a layout template, so my users can easily find what they are looking for.

As a user who has to timesheet, I can select from existing filters and add my own, so I can easily find what I'm looking for on my timesheet (especially if I have a lot of tasks on it).
