Template Owner's Group

Update functionality so that when a template owner is assigned, the group automatically updates to their home group when a project is created rather that of the user who created the template.

Example: Every time I create a template and assign an owner who belongs to a different group (Group B), when Group B creates a project from the template they have to manually change the group from mine (Group A) to Group B.
