Tasks marked Complete

When a task is marked complete prior to the planned completion date, the future allocation of work should stop at the actual completion date. This will better reflect availability of resource who complete work earlier than planned AND save the PM time of not having to adjust the planned completion date to match actual completion date so their demand is accurate.
