Hello, Does anyone have any idea if there is a setting or way to create a template when we convert a request to a task? A template that will reflect all steps needed for tasks. Thank you! Soukayna Oukhouya Navy FCU

    Good morning Soukayna You can create templates from scratch or from a project using the "Save As a Template" option in the Project Actions drop-down. The templates can be as simple as a single task or as complicated as you like; however, you can only use templates to create projects with tasks within them. I am not aware of any functionality that allows you to use a template to convert a request directly to a task as the task needs to be attached to a project somewhere.     We have a couple small workflows where we convert a request to a task within a project. Then we have the remaining tasks needed in a project template with we attached to that project as child tasks under the task that was converted from the request. Heather Slater Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
