Tagging other users in proofs

Previously before you made updates to your proofing system, users were able to tag other users who had a task assigned to them within the project. Now, users have to make a comment before they can be tagged in a proof. This is causing serious issues in our review process, as users would often comment with questions to other users before they opened the proof. It's frustrating that this functionality was taken away... are there any plans to add this helpful functionality back in?

    Our users agree. When using the @ functionality, the proof has to have been directly shared with the user in the past or the user has to have pulled up the proof previously. We would like to be able to easily tag anyone in a proof to facilitate our review and approval processes.

    We would also like to enable tagging in proofs for any Workfront user, not just users that are included on the proof.
