Status Paths

Similar to Milestone Paths, allow creation of a set of statuses for different types of projects.

This would allow us to filter out statuses that don't apply in certain situations so everyone doesn't have to pick from a universal list and work from a sheet of paper to understand which statuses apply to them.

    Have you come across any ideas that would use the milestone path to auto-update the project status? This would alleviate the need for building separate status paths for user groups in the system. Or at least provide an alternative to having to build out so many paths that ultimately should correlate to meaningful project statuses.
