Stacking filters beta feedback

On the release page it says to click on Feedback to give feedback on this feature.

"We want your Feedback!

With this Public Beta Users are given the opportunity to submit feedback directly to the team working on the filters experience by clicking on the feedback button."

I don't see a feedback button.

The beta is not honouring filters set forth in the users layout and instead shows them filters not meant for them.

Is there a way to hide this from regular users until it's out of beta? Adobe made this same mistake of pushing "features" to all users even though companies don't want their users to see or use it; like the reviled blueprints icon. When will Adobe understand, we are NOT your QA department!
