Scheduling conflict notification

When scheduling a new project a team member could be assigned a task for a specific date in which they are either going to be out of the office, or already assigned work for another previously scheduled project. In these instances when I schedule a project I would like a notification that the team member is unavailable to work on my project that day. This notification will alert me that I need to schedule a different date.

This wouldn't stop you from putting that person on, like maybe your project is more important/higher priority, but gives you the heads up that there might be an issue so you can talk to a department head or resource manager.
