Resource Planner > Ability to Adjust Budgeted Time on the Task Level

Currently you can adjust the budgeted time at the project level. At our agency, it's more likely that we'd need to adjust the budgeted time at the task level though. I'd like to see the Resource Planner be more granular to allow for budgeting resources at the task level.
