Request Queue Rejection Notification How To

Hello. Is there a way to set up your request queue that when something is rejected in the approval process the original user gets notified and/or if it gets rejected to previous decision point. Thanks! Regards Brad Smith, PMP | PMO Director http://www.oclc.org

Hi Brad, If you set your Approval process to set the Status to "Rejected" or Closed or something that equates to Closed, the Primary Contact (which is the requester – which I believe you're calling the original user) should get notified of the status change at the least (assuming you've configured that in your global Setup).
