Request Access List enhancements

It would be great if it were possible to set up the hierarchy of who could grant access to requests for more access to tasks, issues, and projects. Like if the admin could create the hierarchy of object creator, object owner, parent object creator/owner, parent of parent object, etc.

I feel like that would help make some of the access requests more manageable because they'd be going to the right audience more often.
