Reporting question - can you designate grouping order?

Good afternoon, I have created a report that I have group by program and then by status. But I want to dictate what order the statuses show up under the program. Such as Current, On Hold, Complete, Planning. Is there a way to set this? THank you, Kristina Kristina Walton Healthgrades

    the statuses show up alphabetically according to their three-character key, as far as I know. So the only workaround would be to create statuses that alphabetize according to that, and mandate their usage. -skye

    You can't choose the sort within the Grouping tab, but whatever sorting you choose in the View tab will apply. I would first group by Program column and second by Status column, then choose what type of sorting you want to use for Status - though I believe you are restricted to Alphabetical (Ascending or Descending).
