Reporting on Topic Queues
Happy Monday Guys! We have our Topic Queues separated by Line of Business. What we want to capture is how many requests come into which Topic Queues so we can see which LOB requires more or less resources. I see a way to filter for Queue Topics, but not Topic Queues. Is there an easy way to capture this info and I am just missing it? I can put LOB in the custom form to capture that data, but that feels a little redundant to select the LOB at the Queue level and then get to the form and select it again.
