Reporting on Topic Queues

Happy Monday Guys! We have our Topic Queues separated by Line of Business. What we want to capture is how many requests come into which Topic Queues so we can see which LOB requires more or less resources. I see a way to filter for Queue Topics, but not Topic Queues. Is there an easy way to capture this info and I am just missing it? I can put LOB in the custom form to capture that data, but that feels a little redundant to select the LOB at the Queue level and then get to the form and select it again. Hi Brandon, If you have a "Workfront Issue Management" custom form on all of your queue topics where you can define your own parameters, then you can create a calculated field to grab the topic group. Keep in mind, you can only go up one level with this as far as I know. In my case, the calculated field is named "Request Topic Group". Here's the calculation: Queue Topic.Parent Topic Group.Name I suggest using this though, because if you ever change your topic group structure, you won't want to lose that data on the issue. This will keep the parent topic group value in place if you delete it someday: IF(ISBLANK(Request Topic Group), Queue Topic.Parent Topic Group.Name, Request Topic Group)

I appreciate the response, but I cannot figure out to make it happen. lol. I am a beginner at this and have never used the calculated fields before. Hey @Narayan Raum - is this calculation still correct? It won't allow me to save it. Am I missing something?

Hi Christina, make sure you create the calculated field called "Request Topic Group" and save it without the calculation added first. If you don't do that, then the form builder doesn't think a field by that name exists, causing the invalid expression. Let me know how that works out for you! Hi all, To further simplify the installation of the "Workfront Cleanup Dashboard" mentioned above, @Doug Den Hoed and I packaged it up and put it in the AtAppStore for a quicker installation with no post-installation configuration necessary.
