Reporting on Requests submitted through the Outlook add-in

Is there any way to report on any requests generated through the Outlook add-in? Looking through some of my own request submissions through the add-in, I'm not finding anything distinctive to note the request came from Outlook. Since the Outlook integration is going to be non-functional soon, it would be good to know how many users are currently submitting requests using the add-in functionality. Thanks

I don't believe there's anything.

As a last measure, you could try running a journal entry report and look into the additional information columns (there are 3 of these) to see if anything is hiding there.

You could also contact the Support team to see if there are any additional reports they could run on their own back end that could assist you. (occasionally Adobe has additional data in the back end that system admins would not be able to access)

Thanks for the journal report idea. If the user didn't remove the email attachment that shows when the Outlook add-in is used to submit a request or add a task, the email.eml file shows in documents and also shows in the Additional Info 1 journal entry field. I can pick up some Outlook add-in use that way, but the report will miss any Outlook add-in activity for any user who used the add-in but removed the email.eml attachment.

The conversion history is shown in the Outlook email so maybe that information is shown somewhere else to be reported on. I'll check with support on that.

But I have a great start with the journal entry report, so thanks for that, Skye.
