Our team was wondering if it would be possible to view how often a report is viewed? We recently created several different reports which show statuses of different Portfolios. We are going to be utilizing these Portfolio reports as "Client Dashboards" for Product Owners to view status on each of their projects. We wanted to know if it was possible to pull metrics on how often a Product Owner views their report? We would love to know if the reports are worth maintaining based on the usage of the Product Owner.

    In addition, it'd be great if we could see the date they last viewed the report.

    Yes that would be really useful. People tends to create new reports just for single used. At the moment we've got over 1000 reports in our system.. Would be much easier if we could have a look when it was used last tine

    This functionality is already available in Workfront...I have a View for my Reports page specifically for report usage - just add columns for Last Viewed by and Last Viewed Date - I also have Last 10 Viewers, Views this Month/Quarter/Year as well...+ a column for which Dashboards the reports are included on. Feel free to contact me directly if you want help configuring this. I can send you a screenshot too of what mine looks like...just FYI :)
