Reporting on Number of Rounds for Tasks / Project Approvals

Hello! Has anyone had success in reporting on the rounds a task or project approval has undergone? So, if I have a task approval, how many times it was sent for approval? Trying to find something built into the system to avoid using a custom form for the information. Thanks for any insights on this!
