Reporting: Dynamically change addressee list on a delivery schedule

When setting up a report with a delivery schedule, users would like to ability to create a dynamic list of users that the project will be sent to. Based on the filter criteria for a project report where different projects will be pulled with each rendering, the Owner and Sponsor will change based on the new results. We would like the list of individuals in the delivery list to match the Owner/Sponsors listed on the current report.
