Report that will tell me who has Manage Rights to a project

Currently I have no way to report on who has Manage rights to projects.

> I'd like to be able to run a project report that will tell me not only who the PM is, but who else has manage rights to that project.

> I'd like to be able to run a report on users & report on both the Projects they are the Project Owner & the Projects they have Manage rights to. This will give me a better idea of their capacity.
