REPORT QUESTION: Details and Matrix numbers not matching up

Hello.

 

I've created a report to show the # of proof that need to be validated.  That field is being pulled from a custom form.  How do I get the details and matrix (13-month rolling) to match up?  The numbers are different on the matrix (wrong here) than the details page (right #s).

Tracy, difficult to say without see what is different.  There are matrix setting where you can toggle on/of values and record counts, not sure if that is an issue here.  Also you have the ability to click to sum for certain types of fields of when you set them up and those will sum when put into a matrix report, is that possibly happening to you?
